Pros

The job is pretty straightforward and fairly easy by IT standards. Most of the people are friendly and fun to work with. Decent benefits package and profit sharing after a year.

Cons

No accountability for others not doing the job or intentionally skirting roles of the job. Employees get half a week of old "training videos" then get thrown on the phones to field calls the training didn't cover. The pay is low for a company that requires the employees to make knowledge base articles and train each other. Employees are expected to reach out to supervisors for permission to be on a call long or virtually any decision-making but the supervisor making this demand is almost never present or responds.

Pros

Very nice coworkers and you get to travel a good amount in your first year. Guided training process wasn’t bad

Cons

Low pay and long hours. The contract they’ll have you sign in misleading on salary. You’re basically going to be a hourly employee your first 2/3 years and more likely than not are not going to be making the amount on the contract unless you do a lot of overtime. There is a lot of corporate pressure on being able to move wherever they tell you to also. My best advice is to look at what your local managers lives are like and consider if they’re happy or not. You have to have a certain amount of being a loner in you to be ok with their outlandish moving expectations.
