2yI'm pleased to hear you felt supported by work-life balance and our benefits. Staff well-being is a top priority, and we take concerns about team member burnout seriously. In our industry, there are natural peaks in workloads, and we're putting in frameworks to better monitor and forecast those peaks so we can adjust. We're hiring more talent (250+ so far in 2023!) to help distribute those peaks.
It sounds like we missed the mark while you were with us in relaying the tremendous career growth opportunities with Consor. We rolled out our career pathways program in early 2023, providing employees insight into the different opportunities to grow their careers alongside us as we grow together as a firm. We know career growth is not always linear or streamlined - it can be squiggly and take different turns. We're excited to provide team members with a program that puts them in the driver's seat, providing greater visibility into the different tracks available, how to pivot toward a different path when interested, and how to plan for growth with your leaders and mentors across Consor.
