Supervisors can definitely set the tone for an employee's work experience, and I'm sorry that the work environment you've experienced does not align with the culture we aim to cultivate. I encourage you to reach out to me, or your local HR Partner, or use our anonymous reporting platform, All Voices, so we can better understand what you’ve felt. Core to who we are as a firm is wanting all team members to be “better for the experience” with Consor; encouraging a positive environment where all team members feel supported to learn and grow in their careers is key. To encourage more transparency in career growth and opportunities, we recently rolled out a framework that provides all employees visibility into roles, competencies needed, and growth paths across Consor.
