1yThank you for sharing your experience with us, however it's disheartening to see this feedback. We do want to address your comment that three people were let go for no reason, which is simply not true. In an instance of involuntary separation, unless there is misconduct or policy violation, separation is typically a last resort after other measures of performance improvement have already taken place. We uphold each team member's privacy while these conversations take place behind the scenes, which is likely why they seemed sudden and without cause to you.
