- Ever changing leadership and lack of focus - Low pay - not competitive - Limited promotion opportunities and unclear career paths - More remote than ever so may be only one in the office if you come in - Current leadership follows shiny vapor ware rather than invest and support what actually works - lots of "huge opportunity" focus which is accepted rather than reality on the ground
