Cons
HR fails to communicate employee grievances to upper management. Corporate retail lawyer and subordinate supervisor bully, lie, threaten, and coerce subordinates without recourse from HR and/or upper management. After supervisor was reported for breaking federal law, you'd think termination was in order but instead the company chose to demote this vile person.
