      Pros

      Medical Dental Vision Retirement Plan Vacation Sick Time Employee Reimbursement Plans. Other than those. that would be about all worth mentioning.

      Cons

      The corporate side of the company gets every holiday off but the call center never closes for any type of holiday. The call center Work/Life balance is off the charts and never encouraged. They will change your work schedule without warning and no time to prepare for day care or to rearrange other outside life activities. You are not valued and any little mistake you make is pointed out severely but only for a certain categorized group of employees in the call center.

      Pros

      Coworkers are all intelligent and overall good people to spend 12hrs a day with.

      Cons

      The department is perpetually understaffed. You’ll never actually work an 8hr shift, because no one is dumb enough to vote for that schedule. There’s not enough operators to fill the schedule without being forced all the time for 16hr shifts. Be prepared to be forced for OT on a regular basis even with a 12hr schedule. If your family is important, then this probably is not a good long-term plan. You’re going to miss sports, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc. You live at work and home is a place you sleep. The company might advertise company holidays, but that just means you get paid a little more for being here on those days.
