Pros

Pays a lot Normally 7-3 M-F

Cons

Refueling outages you'll be on 12 hours on with limited days off for up to a month. There will be weeks during exams or inspections where you will put in 12+ hour days or work weekends. Unfortunately it isn't specifically always known in advance. Could end up in a training group that works second shift 3-11 pm for up to a year out of every 2.
