      Pros

      Emotionally intelligent leadership. Compensation and benefits are great. Management is trusting, which allows one to work without feeling micromanaged. Laid back working environment, where maintaining a work/life balance is encouraged (some late nights).

      Engineering and R&D staff extremely capable and consciousness

      All direction is from the top down, and if a good idea doesn't come from above, Directors & Managers are not interested in pursuing it.
