      Still haven’t figured out their org structure. HR runs the plant and the division all while not really doing anything. Senior(executive) leadership isn’t trustworthy

      Engineering and R&D staff extremely capable and consciousness

      All direction is from the top down, and if a good idea doesn't come from above, Directors & Managers are not interested in pursuing it.
