Pros
I honestly love my job. My insurance is paid for. I get paid time off all the time (even more unpaid). I get as much overtime as I want. Thursday's are "optional" (flex day). My team is amazing. Management has always been wonderful. There's always room to grow and promote and they make it easy (if you work hard and take care of your customers). And I maybe deal with 1 awful person every 2 weeks. Most of my customers are lovely, patient, understanding people.
Cons
Yeah, the attendance policy can be tight. I get sick a lot but they've incorporated "make up time" where I can work one of my days off to make up for a day I miss, penalty free. They listen to their employees and they don't just set you up to fail. My dad died when I was barely out of training early 2016. They were so understanding and worked with me on my schedule to make sure I could take care of myself and my family. It can be stressful. But every job can. It takes a certain type of person to be able to handle this job. I happen to be that type.
