Pros
Plenty of pros working here and honestly I'm on day 180 with before today no complaints. - Easy work - Decent pay - 1 day of the week optional shift (great for call center sanity) - lots of promotion opportunities
Cons
The main reason for this review is the vacation time cons. There are more cons and I will list as well. - Temp employees do not get vacation time after 90 days. they convert to perm employees THEN wait an additional 90 days to get PTO - Any unscheduled Time Off will count as 1 occurrence (you get 3 total)... In addition to the occurrence they will also consume 8 hours of PTO time from your bank (this information is not given freely, if you do not read "page45" of the employee handbook you will not know you are loosing your PTO/UTO) I have worked 180 days Constantly checking on my PTO looking forward to a vacation just for the company to metaphorically spit all over my hard work at the 180day mark and realize I have no PTO due to days called off in the past. - Silly Policies like "No Phones in the Bathroom" lower my personal work moral as I feel this is a rule appropriate for high-schoolers not adults. - Strongly enforced no phone policy while working (I understand the rule but have worked with companies that enforce it and companies that don't. I definitely have a higher moral when companies don't enforce it)
