Negative Work Environment, constant change in scheduling without long enough notice, unorganized management, unreliable supervisors, expected employees to provide all of their equipment to work from home, the company constantly makes changes to the programs employees are using that are completely unnecessary that makes it harder to complete your job, inadequate training, 3 minute late clock in window, unrealistic expectations for calls, the company expects you to be able to handle every call within 7 minutes (including setting up a cell phone to an elderly customer over the phone), the company claims to be prviding great custoemr serive but does not allow you the time to do so, when asking for assistance managers basically want you to get the customer off the phone and onto the next, hold times as large as 2 hours for 6 months or more out of the year.
