Terrible work at home problems. Constant audio issues. No support from the IT department or from Sups to resolve the issue. I was left on my own to troubleshoot the problems myself. I was using my own PC to start and then was assigned a thin client from them. When the audio issues became so bad I couldnt do my job, they forced me to work in office and accused me of lying about the audio problems even though several other agents had the same issue. Even with my own documentation and extensive examples I was still accused of lying. Company is very clicky like high school. I felt like they used every angle they could to make me dislike the job and eventually they used every angle they could to find a reason to let me go. Very unclear management on policies. Attendance expectations changed on a daily basis and they seemed to make things up as they went.
