Pros

I love working at CCG. It has the best advisor that is always ready to guide us and they consider their employees as if they're family. Never have I been affiliated to a company that is dedicated not only to their goals but as well as my personal growth!

Cons

The only thing that I can consider as a downside of being an employee at CCG is that workload keeps coming because of satisfied customers. That's not even a downside at all.

The learning curve for the industry. I was not experienced in timeshare, but I wa sin sales.
