Horrible toxicity - Admin Team Consumer Direct Care Network Employee Review

Pros

They offer decent benefits and PTO

Cons

They claim a positive company culture but don’t uphold it any way. Toxic management is allowed to overwork and abuse their employees, and if you go to HR you are quickly pushed out of the company. Good luck getting a promotion if you aren’t in the inner circle, it’s near impossible. Pay is unfair across the company and they try to keep it a secret. Avoid working here.

Pros

Not many benefits to working for this company other than the fact that you don't have to work for an agency so you have more control over who your clients are. It is essentially a barely functioning payroll company for the government.

Cons

Getting hired on takes way longer than their willing to tell you. You have to stay constantly on top of them to get the process done. To get any process done really. Their admin team is much MUCH too small for the size of this company. So the second something needs to be approved by them, expect 3-4 weeks of waiting. Also expect them to not tell you that. Additionally, when you get linked with a new client. They will tell you that that's going to take a week or so. In all the years I've worked here I've never had them do it sooner than 4 weeks. And thats with me calling to check about it all the time. They also don't pay nearly enough for the work.
