Pros

• Promotion and practice of professionalism • Fair pay and pay-grade step-advancement

Cons

• Disorganized, incompetent, and slow to properly address important issues • Unfairly refuse to pay employees for work-time and mileage when employees must update their background check renewal requirements in order to remain employed • Organization appears top-heavy, overly regimented and bureaucratic (and legal consultants appear to be out-of-touch and therefore perhaps antiquated)

Pros

Not many benefits to working for this company other than the fact that you don't have to work for an agency so you have more control over who your clients are. It is essentially a barely functioning payroll company for the government.

Cons

Getting hired on takes way longer than their willing to tell you. You have to stay constantly on top of them to get the process done. To get any process done really. Their admin team is much MUCH too small for the size of this company. So the second something needs to be approved by them, expect 3-4 weeks of waiting. Also expect them to not tell you that. Additionally, when you get linked with a new client. They will tell you that that's going to take a week or so. In all the years I've worked here I've never had them do it sooner than 4 weeks. And thats with me calling to check about it all the time. They also don't pay nearly enough for the work.
