Pros

You get away with absolutely anything!! There are no consequences only threats with no action. They can’t afford to fire you because they need numbers to satay the clients. You are only a number and nothing else!

Cons

Management picks favorites- is inexperienced- ignores their staff & engages in sexual Harassment daily, bed bugs are EVERYWHERE, employees bully other employees and HR does NOTHING about it, no one is held accountable, constant fights in the parking lot, bathrooms are trashed with trash- feces & urine on the floor, carpet is stained and filthy, dust and mold throughout the building, you have to sit on broken chairs, they don’t acknowledge hard work or pay you what you deserve, benefits don’t cover close to anything, they make you broken promises, trainers are lazy and rude, other departments aren’t friendly or helpful, paychecks are always wrong and you are promised incentives that are never delivered, not being appreciated for hard work is blamed on the client not the company, hours are unreasonable, pay isn’t enough, ETC.

Pros

The company really does promote from within to a point. If you have any college education, and are good with people, you can go far.

Cons

They will never directly admit it, but you can not get past a supervising roll without a college degree. You can essentially run a department for years, but when they officially fill the management role, they will hire outside the company for someone with any degree instead of the person who has the work experience. Without a diploma you will never get a salaried management position in this company. An associates degree in art history will get you further than 20 years experience in customer service.
