-Company hires anybody. Their goal for a workforce is quantity over quality, therefore the turnover rate is extremely high, quality assurance ratings are poor and many of the employees are disrespectful and unqualified. -Management operates with Machiavellian tendencies. They are just as likely to fire employees for the slightest infraction as they are to keep unstable employees beyond their worth. Tension is rife within the building. Nobody knows their own standing. Everyone works with a proverbial Sword of Damocles hanging over them. One lady who works in upper-level management tried to have an employee fired simply because she sought a promotion within the company. Adversarial work environment. -Poor location. Building is constantly freezing. It is common to find salaried employees and high-level management pass by their subordinates, who are often bundled in blankets and jackets even during summer, and poke fun at them for freezing at work. The building has no windows and sits in an area of heavy traffic. -Weak benefits. Company health insurance is expensive. $85 per paycheck for a policy with a $2000 deductible -Few opportunities for advancement.
