Pros

Working for ContactUs , who is currently in a huge growth stage, has offered many opportunities for personal and professional growth. There are many advancement opportunities within each department of the company.. There is an open door policy means that they are aware of changes to be had; they offer employees a listening ear to discuss any issues and an opportunity to present options for a resolution as well. Communication goes a long way for any company you work with, being that ContactUs is a communication company, it is an employee expectation as well.

Cons

The company's peak season may require s a higher work expectation. Some may see it as a negative, I see it as a challenge to overcome and incentive to earn extra money with overtime opportunities. The initial days of setting up the work from home agent experience can be challenging. It is important to pay attention and communicate witht he right people within different departments for assistance to your needs.

Pros

The company really does promote from within to a point. If you have any college education, and are good with people, you can go far.

Cons

They will never directly admit it, but you can not get past a supervising roll without a college degree. You can essentially run a department for years, but when they officially fill the management role, they will hire outside the company for someone with any degree instead of the person who has the work experience. Without a diploma you will never get a salaried management position in this company. An associates degree in art history will get you further than 20 years experience in customer service.
