Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

A typical day of work is super aggressive entitled older customers who is taking out their frustrations on you due to the poorly handled customer service of others & your clients defective website. Terrible management that make new employee's feel incompetent. They give you software that runs in slow motion. Phones are always choppy. Customers can never hear you. "Flexible Schedule" to them means 8-9 hours a day & 5 day work weeks with NO room to change. They will tell you the training schedule for nesting is mandatory (Nesting is 2 weeks of training for 6 days each week). I applied for part-time but got put into full-time hours anyways. I tried to get them to change it and they say "it's not guaranteed". To add icing to the cake, you're being poorly compensated. ContactUs is NOT the way to go if you're looking for remote work do not waste your time with ContactUS. Keep looking.

Pros

The company really does promote from within to a point. If you have any college education, and are good with people, you can go far.

Cons

They will never directly admit it, but you can not get past a supervising roll without a college degree. You can essentially run a department for years, but when they officially fill the management role, they will hire outside the company for someone with any degree instead of the person who has the work experience. Without a diploma you will never get a salaried management position in this company. An associates degree in art history will get you further than 20 years experience in customer service.
