Pros

Content Guru is an innovative company with motivated and dedicated staff. It values it customers and employees alike. I've been lucky enough to work at Content Guru since it's inception. Everyone is focused on delivering great service to our customers and in providing the infrastructure and environment needed to cultivate a 'can do' attitude. There is a real sense of being part of something special at Content Guru. I am proud of what we have achieved, becoming a leader of cloud based unified communications, especially when we are up against some of the so called 'big boys' it proves that with the right people you can achieve anything! The people I work with are professional and extremely helpful. There is a strong set on company values which allows people to grow as part of a team and get the help and provide the environment needed to give new employees the support they need to be part of this fantastic company. The benefits are good too.

Cons

We are growing! There have been some growing pains. There is a strong emphasis on promoting from within and giving opportunities to graduates. In the past that has left some teams with fewer experienced team members as people rise through the ranks. You may be required to work shifts on occasion work extra hours.

Pros

Our #1 ranked CSAT and 99.999% platform SLA gets a lot of attention. While we are newer to the US market, our experience globally is very apparent to people who are discovering us.

Cons

Lack of market awareness is challenging at times, but that's the same for any newer brand trying to break into a new region. We are making progress every day and the CCaaS space is starting to notice.

Pros

Good pay (slightly above market)

Cons

- Culture is toxic and overly critical. Management tends to micromanage and fixate on minor issues, while providing little training and expecting you to figure things out on your own. There’s very little support, and the constant scrutiny makes it hard to do your job confidently. - Collaboration is honestly a joke. Coworkers are often reluctant to take ownership of their responsibilities and tend to casually give attitude when you ask them to follow through. Basic teamwork sometimes feels like a challenge. - Feedback is mostly focused on mistakes, with little recognition when you actually do well, which makes it hard to feel valued. Overall, expectations feel inconsistent, and it often seems like no matter what you do, it’s never enough. It’s the kind of environment where morale stays low and people are more focused on avoiding blame than actually doing good work.
