Pros

Every one in the support department are always happy to help each other and there is an encouraged aspect of teamwork to the day to day running of the department. I find the team leaders to be very approachable and, though very busy, still polite and able to find time or point you in the right direction. There's a great parking system at the company to ensure that the daily spare parking spaces can be used by the employees that have to park at the second off site car park. This doesn't have to be done so it is really appreciated that effort goes into this process. The head of security deserves huge praise for his work. He is always very welcoming at the front desk and portrays a high level of professionalism for the company. There are high expectations of work but this is very fair considering the high level of investment the company places in all of its employees. In the department, we have spacious desks and all we need to complete our work. There is a ping pong table in the break out area, which is frequently used, and the kitchen is far beyond the minimum of what is expected.

Cons

I don't believe there are any cons to to the company or the support department that aren't simply expected parts of any company. For example in support you will have to deal with high pressure situations when a customer has reported major issues. However that is expected and part of the job role. Another example is that there is an awful lot to learn initially and effort required to feel like a useful part of the team. This will be the case in most tech companies and you are well supported here so it doesn't feel as stressful as it could. All I can say is that if you are willing to work hard and take advantage of the many pros then the cons really aren't noticeable.

Pros

Our #1 ranked CSAT and 99.999% platform SLA gets a lot of attention. While we are newer to the US market, our experience globally is very apparent to people who are discovering us.

Cons

Lack of market awareness is challenging at times, but that's the same for any newer brand trying to break into a new region. We are making progress every day and the CCaaS space is starting to notice.

Pros

Good pay (slightly above market)

Cons

- Culture is toxic and overly critical. Management tends to micromanage and fixate on minor issues, while providing little training and expecting you to figure things out on your own. There’s very little support, and the constant scrutiny makes it hard to do your job confidently. - Collaboration is honestly a joke. Coworkers are often reluctant to take ownership of their responsibilities and tend to casually give attitude when you ask them to follow through. Basic teamwork sometimes feels like a challenge. - Feedback is mostly focused on mistakes, with little recognition when you actually do well, which makes it hard to feel valued. Overall, expectations feel inconsistent, and it often seems like no matter what you do, it’s never enough. It’s the kind of environment where morale stays low and people are more focused on avoiding blame than actually doing good work.
