Good staring salary but once the extra hours are considered then it really is very bog standard and you're behind competitor salaries after 2 years 2 days to work from home

Extremely toxic environment with a lack of training prevalent across all departments. The training for graduates consists of 3-5 year old powerpoint presentations done via video call - far behind what' you expect in today's age of technology. No certificates or accreditation's. The contract states the work day ends at 5:30 however there is a toxic fear culture where anyone leaving at 5:30pm is ostracised and thought of as being lazy - even if all work is completed. Many employees stay an extra 30 minutes - 60 minutes out of fear and will pretend to be working on something. There is a strong "every man for himself culture" with a heavy emphasis on a single point of failure. Brown nosing and staying quiet during controversial comments and opinions is all too common due to fear of backlash from senior management, This is evident even in company directors whom will bend over backwards to appease the execs - otherwise they risk losing their job due to an exec having a bruised ego or a bad day Huge lack of diversity - every "meaningful" director and C level executive is both male and of a single colour. There is a severe lack of gender diversity across the board and this is an extremely male dominated workplace. The most obvious red flag is the number of fake positive reviews - an extract from one is below - make your own decision as to whether you think a genuine employee from ANY company would write this. "if you're not willing to put in maximum effort on a regular basis, then you will really struggle to keep up with the pace in an environment where there are many hard working and talented people " - seriously does anyone believe that an actual employee wrote this ? what a huge lack of self awareness on Content Guru's part. The other red flag is all these positive reviews are suspiciously and unanimously stating that they are "struggling to think of any cons" Is that why the "recommend to a friend" rating is 3.3 stars out of 5 ? Could you imagine how bad the ratings would be if you remove these fake positives ? I urge to you look at these reviews and sort by "lowest rated" to get a clear picture. Evaluate the positive reviews and how truthful they seem and come to your own conclusion.
