Some good projects going on, opportunity to learn and build on your knowledge if in good projects otherwise some really boring projects also running.
Cons
Very bad pay- one has to be extremely lucky to strike somewhat satisfactory deal, chances of growth very limited, Management has openly declared Singapore office as a low cost center, carefree attitude towards employees, huge pay imbalances.
