      Good benefits including PTO and healthcare. Smart engineers in Deer Park who are great to work with. Good location Local Sr. Management generally good

      Cons

      Can be very frustrating to work there. All decisions are now made in Germany and they have no clue how to use the team in Deer Park so they generally ignore them. German Sr. Management generally poor
