Pros
The atmosphere is very comfortable. The projects are very interesting. The pay is subpar but it makes up in benefits and profit sharing. Overall a great company to work for.
Cons
As I said the pay is subpar but you get great bonuses and great benefits, profit sharing, and 401k.
