Benefits are still better than most companies in this area. Pay is at the higher end of the scale for the area. New management is trying to turn the company around

Foreign managment doesn't understand American culture and are unwilling to accept it. Departments that need help don't seem to get it. Other departments are having to find work for all the people they are hiring.
