work, life balance travel good salaries and bonus plan company is trying to improve culture and employee satisfaction, work balance etc. automotive electronics is a growing field and while it does have some problems, will eventually grow and pick up further speed.
Cons
Economic environment is tough for automotive at the moment and so business is quite tough. Margins can be low in this business which can be tough for business units and employees with flow on pressure. Management from Germany can sometimes be difficult and the management has a very rigid way of doing things with not much discussion. Particularly, regarding software development -> company can improve in tools and processes.
