Pros
I had the fortune of working in a good environment, all my colleagues were very friendly in and out of office hours and always eager to help. The work I had to do was pretty interesting, especially as a first job after my first year of university, and I had complete freedom to work in my own pace and in my own way.
Cons
Looking back at it, the pay was really not that good. Some days the work was tedious, but that's everywhere, right?
