Well paid company but lots of problem in org. structure - Quality Continental Employee Review

Working condition is quite differ from department to department. Some departments might provide ideal working condition while some others are just ridiculous. Life balance can be endangered. (You have to stay at office until 1AM just to please boss) The performance evaluation is quite subjective, not organized and depends only on how much they are loyal to managers.
