Nice culture, great work life balance, friendly and helpful people. Many opportunities to do outside of working hours.
Cons
Some people may get overloaded with work if they are too good at what they do. Little to no possibly for self improvement, once you get into a project and get some experience there it's quite hard to switch to something else.
