I love the hardworking individuals that work with me! Continental has an amazing staff; we are often shown appreciation! We have monthly get togethers that typically involve food and social time to really get to know your teammates! To me, our company culture is loud! We live and work in the communities we serve, we are the local brand you trust. We do things correctly, it’s important to us to do a good job, every single time. Our company has been successfully doing good business for over fourty years, and I’m excited to be on the team that will take it to the next forty years!

There’s only so many positions! I wish we could hire all the amazing rockstars, but we can only house so many. Fingers crossed we have your number when the next one becomes available!
