A few employees are honest and hardworking.
Cons
Management does not care about onboarding, training, or retention. The leadership team is inconsistent and unclear while making impulsive, reactive decisions. Executives dismiss the important of providing employees with the training or resources they need to succeed, then place blame when mistakes are made. Management makes judgment calls and spontaneous decisions based on speculation, changing their minds constantly and without researching the facts, while providing little to no long term solutions for the daily problems that arise.
