Although Contineo Health is an established smaller company, it offers the "vibe" of a start-up environment whereby employment is set-up on an incentive-based system; skills attained and the varieties of opportunities offered will push you forward in your career development. My best experiences here have included exposure to both the internal and external innovations going on within our company. Overall, the level of mentorship and the ability to branch out into other areas have really been pluses to working here.
