Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Wow, so be cautious of this place. During open enrollment you are required to work 6 days with one day off. Get called in early and work holidays and weekends but as management said “check your state laws they are not required to pay out your PTO that YOU earned. Some shady way of not paying you what you worked for.
