Great - Plumber/Gasfitter Controlled Combustion Employee Review

I am a former employee of CC Controlled Combustion, and recently resigned to pursue my dream job in which I earned my degree in. I worked at Controlled Combustion for three years, moving from an internship to a full time position within their Service Department. I can say that without a doubt that management and employees at Controlled Combustion make you feel at home. Coming in to my position with no prior knowledge of the industry, everyone that I have met and collaborated with over my three years was eager to teach me and help me learn. Everyone that you will work with will want to help you succeed and watch you grow within the company. You will have direct opportunities to work with upper management on high scale and multi-million dollar projects. While every day was not perfect, the people that you work with will motivate you to succeed. I am very disappointed to leave my team as I loved to come in every day and work with them. There is plenty of room for growth within the company as long as you are willing to put in the effort. CC Controlled Combustion’s continuous innovation puts them at the top of the list of boiler/burner service and installation companies within the tri-state area, and I will deeply miss working with everyone in the company.

I have worked with other companies similar to Controlled Combustion. But it's safe to say that I made the right choice. A collaborative and professional workplace with so much growth opportunities. They are keeping up with innovation and continue to introduce new solutions to better deliver reliable services and solutions. Keeps you on your toes. But it's a good thing.
