Cons
I had a really negative experience with management at this company. The leadership is incredibly poor, and there's zero direction given to employees. Training is essentially non-existent, and the little guidance that is provided comes across as undermining. Management uses demeaning phrases like "I'm not here to babysit" despite offering no proper training or support. To make matters worse, the manager's accent is difficult to understand, which only adds to the frustration during an already challenging learning process. Overall, the environment is unprofessional, and it feels like there’s no investment in employee development.
