Pros

Professional and friendly atmosphere. Great interior design :) All projects as well as their deadlines and goals are discussed and explained by the management in a very precise manner, leaving almost no room for misunderstanding. All employees are extremely helpful to each other and to the customers. Working here feels like you are an integral part of the team. There is no tension in the office in terms of communication, anyone can schedule an appointment with the CEO or any other manager and discuss any issues. The company also offers such benefits as health and dental insurance, 401K and partial gym membership reimbursement - which is great!

Cons

1) The workload might be pretty high from time to time, but can be discussed with management and may be reduced if possible; 2) The salary raises are not given as frequently as one would wish for, but the company is pretty fair in recognizing success of their employees.

Pros

The environment did not support what we could have accomplished.

Cons

• Disorganized decision making made stable development impossible • Tasks changed midway through with conflicting requirements and no one resolved the conflicts • Every sprint ended in unnecessary rework because basic processes were missing • More time was spent chasing answers and accountability than writing code • Projects were reorganized without any transition plan, leaving work in limbo • Managers lacked the authority to make lasting decisions, causing the same architectural debates to repeat
