Pros
Where do I start? I love my team ans most of my coworkers, and everyone does what they do as well as they can. This is one of the few places where I've felt safe enough to say that if I don't immediately know something, then I ha e the trust from my team and managers that I can either figure it out, or find someone who does know what they're talking about, without fear of being micromanaged.
Cons
Departments and higher-ups need to work on their communication skills. Waiting until the last second to drop a major change or that something needs done should never be left on the back burner. There's also a lack of upwards mobility. If you want a promotion, you usually have to go elsewhere.
