Bad Management. It used to be a good company , probably the best employer in Limerick (IRL) but now the new "fashion" of rubbish contracts imported from Southern Europe countries (3 months, 6 months, or probably with no expiry date like a Damocles sword so they can fire you anytime) makes you think twice in case they offer you a job. Bad organization , specially HR and customer services Supervisors. They constantly have same adverts online, what makes you think why??
