      Pros

      People are friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. The lunch from the cafeteria is affordable.

      Cons

      Uneven distribution of work load because nobody gets fired. Growth is very gradual from lack of competition. The focus is getting your 8 hours in rather than productivity.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
