Pros
Some excellent colleagues. If you're not that engaged or interested in your work, and you'd prefer to spend all day on Facebook, you can probably still get by fine. (Not sure that that's a pro, though...)
Cons
A lot of people are very unmotivated. An old-boys-club mentality that has permeated the company has lead to mediocrity and complacency among some employees, nasty political infighting among others, and despair among those left out. Some folks are incredibly hard working and excellent to work with; it just depends on whether you find the right group.
