Pros
No layoff. Surrounded by smart people. Keeping simple but strong moto: Patient first & Do the right thing. Now Cook is changing. Gives great opportunities that thinking about yourself seriously if you are relatively newbies. Good place for newbies to learn what I should do and don't.
Cons
Boiling frog. Still living in the great old days. Young president is trying to change the company, but V.Ps? Questionable.
