      Pros

      Great product. Great service. Great system. Best company I have worked with in career and will be impossible to find another company of this caliber.

      Cons

      Upper management is too visible and no one wants to "see" a boys club. It is silly so be silly behind closed doors. The Pay is way too low. Demand a little more from your reps and pay them for be extra work they do.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
