      Cook Culture is kind and caring Great benefits Executive team takes the time to communicate and listen Impactful work

      Cons

      Middle management is a giant power struggle. "Where do you see yourself in five years" is a great question... because Cook does not have clear career paths. Wants to be a modern company, but takes the smallest baby steps to make it happen.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
