      The pay is about average for the location. The company shares quarterly earnings. There are some nice people working at the company.

      Cons

      PTO is practically non existent for over a year. 6 days the first year then 10 the next. 0 sick pay. Benefits are costly and limited.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
