I worked as customer service rep at the shared service centre in Limerick, Ireland. It,s a very well organised company, the workflow si high but the company provides excellent tools so it allows the employees to work well. The environment si fair and the company philosophy ai ed to help the patience at any cost is really put into practice

it's a medium size company, as a result there's little chance to grow professionally inside the company
