      Successful products & physician relationships in the past. Hard working people

      Cons

      Not keeping up with the changing healthcare marketplace Toxic leadership with little forward vision, alot of rhetoric and lip service Very difficult to get anything done Claims great family oriented culture but seriously the most political environment I have ever seen People just biding time til retirement Claims of success are all over 30 years ago HR is not a resource to assist in conflict resolution

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
