Pros
The people. and by that I meant I have never felt any real office politics or ill-intentions in the office. You get the sense that the family culture is very strong, due to size of the organization etc, we may have lost it a little, but still a lot stronger than most corporations our size.
Cons
Leadership visibility is missing. I do not know what is the company's long term vision, goal, and pathway. It feels very reactive and we are just doing things to stay afloat and not get ahead of the game.
